- Mirror Work Part 1

Tell yourself compliments in the mirror every day. Say “You're beautiful.” “You have a purpose.” “You are unique.” “You are valued.” Say two or three affirmations every day. If this is too difficult to believe at first, practice visual meditations and remove yourself from your body and realize you are beautiful. This is what I had to do to realize that I was truly worth all I desire, and that I was beautiful. Beauty for my flaws, beauty shining my light inside out. This is so important I have repeated this exercise in Chapter 8 with in depth instructions. Because - let's face it, just because you are reading this doesn't mean you are ready for it all.

It is here for you to use as a guide throughout your growth process.
